Sonji has over 28 years of administrative experience. She and her husband are recording artists who inspire people through gospel music, community outreaches and multicultural events. Sonji is very passionate about community service, which she has been involved in since 1991 till date.

Esther held numerous positions including Head of Arts Department, Manager, International Office and Public Relations, Editor in chief/production Manager, The SICA Pilot magazine. In an effort to encourage skills acquisition and leadership among students, Esther was involved in facilitating and mobilizing students to attend leadership programs, workshops, camps, and conferences. Esther has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and Linguistics. She obtained her Masters Degree in Global studies from Brandeis University, Waltham, Massachusetts, and a PhD from UMASS, Lowell.Esther has served her community for 10 years as a voluteer and a member of the board of director with a couple of organizations.
Miriam is the founder and the Chief Executive Officer of SSPI. She manages the day-to-day running of the organization. She is a dedicated mother who has served her community for over 15 years in different organizations.
